Due to popular demand for an excel version of our existing PDF version of the summary, we are pleased to present a file which includes a summary tab for the orders and budget/payments, and 4 additional tabs for easy, accurate, and detailed record keeping for all of your team income, fundraisers, sponsorships, and expenses.

Please note that the yellow tabs are for detailed inputs. Yellow columns are based on preset drop-down selections in the Options tab, and blue columns are formulas which should not be touched.

Currently set up for 12 players, but easily expandable for the intermediate excel user.

Can be used year after year, season after season, for any sport.

Some real data left in the file in order to simulate how to enter your data and maintain your file.
